Alset AI Ventures has completed the purchase of an additional 26% equity stake in Cedarcross International Technologies. This transaction closed on February 24, 2025, giving Alset AI about 75% ownership of Cedarcross Technologies and further solidifying its position in the growing AI cloud computing market.
